Do I need meto only ?

I am going to ctb very soon on SN .Can I ctb peacefully using SN+Meto only ? Do I need Antacids and Beta-Blockers also ?

Tylenol or advil is important because otherwise a bad headache can happen. There are mixed opinions on antacids, don't know. Beta blockers help but some people seem to have succeeded without them- it is better to have beta blockers, a racing heart does lead to some people to call 911 because it gets to be too much for them.
