Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i once took an hour drive to look at the neighborhood i grew up in (divorced parents, it was where my dad lived)
and i went around looking at the scenery... crazy how some of the same shops still exist to this day.
it brings back so many instant memories i almost forgot i had stored in my brain lol

So you can bask in the nostalgia and stop the actual CTB plan?

more like enjoy the nostalgia one last time and say a proper goodbye
Depends on the people then, I'll probably cry thinking I used to wanted to be and get a boost in life. Too bad I never leave my homeland to ever feeling nostalgic at a place

Sort of. Looking at pictures online. But more around my house. Looking at things. Memories are flooding in. Painful to think of all the chances I had to do it right.

Two years ago I went on a road trip back to my hometown with the intent of CTBing there. Visited a bunch of old nostalgic places. Wanted to CTB in comfort, with the feeling of being "at home", as opposed to a foreign place where all my bad memories happened (ie. where I currently live). Didn't end up CTBing there for various reasons. I get the impulse though.

ive lived in the same city since i was born so i dont really have a choice. i always pass by places ive lived, places old friends lived, my old school, even the place the man my mom cheated on my dad with lived 👍👍👍 i hate it. its mostly bad feelings of nostalgia for me. its a reminder ive been stuck here my entire life with nothing having changed.
