I found it interesting that the victim here supposedly overdosed on cocaine, yet had blue discoloration to her lips and extremities mimicking SN victims. Do all overdoses cause cyanosis?

"NBC Bay Area later reported the woman found dead at the hotel was believed to be Victoria, citing a police source. In dispatch audio obtained by PEOPLE, the call for the incident was classified as a "code 3 for the overdose, color change." In overdose cases, "color change" refers to cyanosis — low oxygen levels in the blood, often linked to heart or lung issues, per Cleveland Clinic — which causes a blue or purple discoloration of skin, lips, and nails."
