and it seemed a pretty good way to go but there are so many variables, a few shots of what? Vodka. Would I vomit it up before I went unconscious and if so would I need an anti-vomit pill? But then if I took the anti-vomit pill then I wouldn't be able to choke. I need to be certain something will kill me I can't put my parents through an unsuccessful suicide attempt, I'm so scared please help. I suppose I'm looking for a Mathmatical calculation.

Yeah...Paracetamol is pretty lethal too, in high doses....but will kill you slowly and painfully over the course of many weeks....it's best to steer clear of anything over-the-counter.

Even water and table salt are lethal in high doses...doesn't mean you should consider something like that.

DMX is a rapper, DXM is cough medicine in syrup form with other stuff in it (ugh) or pill form (hydrobromide). Don't fucking kill yourself by DXM poisoning, you better drink some bleach, really...There's less than NO guarantee. It's more likely that you experience an awful trip, but maybe you also like derealisation and depersonalisation? Some ppl like it, most do not enjoy this. Also grapefruit juice kills the enzymes in your liver that are metabolizing DXM to DXO, I once tried this to get a stronger effect and ended up tripping for ~12 hours instead of 2-4

On the contrary. My brother used to get high on cough syrup all the time. A few times he literally lost his mind and was in the hospital for a while, so while I doubt its ability to kill you, OTC cough syrup is not to be taken lightly just because they sell it over-the-counter.

So that's a guarantee that it works for you? or are you just mentioning something? I talked to lots of ppl who use DXM (higher doses) I know this substance (and its combinations with different substances) very well and I would never suggest this as a ctb method

Mixing with alcohol doesn't mean very much as far as I know, it's like anything else mixed with alcohol. There are 4 'stages' of tripping, and the final boss: plateau sigma..I don't know how to die without getting the ultimate insanity trip first, maybe you survive it and say the same terrifying things like everyone that survived this plateau, or you're dead...died on your trip. The body feeling of DXM comes from poisoning so it's no surprise that it mostly doesn't feel good, I kinda liked it (except stomache hurting n stuff) on plateau 1-2, but the more you take the worse it gets...Many ppl combine DPH with it, not to die but for more hallucinogenic magic. this is also challenging your body...I really don't suggest trying that since veeery many people see big spiders and other insect stuff, u should prepar for phobias. back to dex: DXM without anything is just a huuuuge challenge to your mind and your body, prepare for a hell of a trip! lol
don't know if drinking grapefruit juice brings success for ctb or the opposite, DXO is the stuff that acts psychedelic, DXM is just a morphin analogon without opiate effects

edit: consuming DXM with serotonine stuff (and some other things, ADs I think?) kills you, but it's not gonna be fun. u know the roboflip? that's DXM+MDMA. I once had serotonin syndrome and my head and my skin started to burn like I'm in a fucking oven, cold shower is not suggested by google but I did it by instinct and got better.

*giggles* Yeah good advice here all around really unless you lack an enzyme to process it it probably won't be lethal but you could get some nasty psychosis and have long lasting delusions, I myself starting using it in like 100 to 350 mg doses every few days this past year to help depression but too much and I am quite manic and unable to resist the urge to engage in more supernatural and sometimes paranoid conspiratorial thinking <3 I'll use diphenhydramine around 100 to 125 mg and a few grams of ascorbic acid to mellow myself to sleep and 500 mg niacin to help me detox and sleep, epsom salt baths again for the magnesium to help but I should be back on risperdal I just don't like being a zombie but yeah if you use a little not too much you can mellow a bit and have a bit of a mood lift but it might only be one possible glimpse of what people who become spiritually disciplined if such a thing exists in things like meditation it's gotten me interested in near death experiences and researching religion a bit more not all bad but as you can see a bit manic tonight awuhrr <3
