Ordered SN on 3/22, package still in Ukraine according to USPS tracking app. Is this typical?

Anyone have an alternative that doesn't use cryptocurrency?

Experiences vary. Mine was fairly quick leaving Ukraine but it's been over 3 months since it arrived in the US and I still haven't received it.

Package has been stuck at a sorting center since the 26th.
