I'm in the UK and had sn from DMC (and another source as well). I did not have a welfare check. The police have better things to do and recently they've reduced the number of mental health issues they will act on.

Really sorry but my memory is shit due to mental health problems. i think he dispatched it within 48 hours and it took around 2 weeks to arrive. Really can't remember when. Sorry. I can't even remember things that happened this morning so it's hard to remember - i think I was surprised how quickly it was dispatched and worried a lot because it took longer than a week in the post. Sorry to be so rubbish :-(
