• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I filed a missing post claim (risky I know) and USPS called me, confirming the package is lost. They told me to ask the seller for a refund lol, I can start a different claims process, but obvs it requires DMC's personal information, like his name and etc.

The tracking number is stuck and has not shown movement for a while, which is what happens when packages are lost. There's obviously not going to be a status update saying "Lost," because why would there be? It's lost right.

He won't reship to me, even with official confirmation from USPS that it's missing. He wanted another $100 at first to reship. And obviously, I wasn't going to flush another $100 down the drain.

I don't know what to do. Do I spend another $100? I just want to crab and be at peace.

I know it's no consolation, but I was once delivered a letter from USPS that had been "lost" for better than 8 months.

That's weird. I went to him about it, and he told me to wait until the 60-day mark, and then he'd send another one. I don't think you're obligated to pay more just to get the package that's lost, he should have to either issue a refund or resend another one how long has it been in transit?

I was going to say this! I have had "lost" packages later delivered. Unfortunately, who knows if or when it would happen. -_-

8 months is crazy!!

He's been telling people different things for sure and trying to see what he can squeeze from people. Are you close to the 60 day mark?

The post office told me either 2 things happened:
1. it was destroyed because it contained hazardous materials or counterfeit material or prescription drugs without a prescription

Or

2. It was sent back to the Ukraine.

Dude apparently went the cheapest option, so it's not even properly trackable (according to USPS) and won't update if it's been send back to the Ukraine.
I just told USPS I don't know what's in it, my family got me a gift from a Ukrainian Etsy seller

I thought DMC's comment was how the US postal service sucks and Ukraine's is efficient was hilarious. Dude isn't wrong, but like he's touting a $30 express shipping when he went for the cheapest possible options that isn't even properly trackable. Which is probably on purpose. USPS told me with the type of service he used, it won't show up via tracking if it was sent back to the Ukraine.

damn I hope he isn't trying to scam people as he's the main source that people use here so hopefully he doesn't ruin the trust we put in him.

Even if he is, it's not like people here have another option and he knows that. Especially for US folk who can't get SN from Poland.
Sus. I hope my package shows up.
He does actually ship the packages out asap, but whether it makes it to you is a gamble for US peeps. And it seems like based on the comments, it's more likely to not show up vs successfully being delivered.

Fingers crossed for you. I'm in despair and just want to ctb

hilarious because he told me their policy was 40 days. Dude keeps shifting the benchmark and goal post to avoid reshipping.

The first one I ordered from a different source was cancelled and they've still never refunded me so I get it. If this one doesn't show up from dmc I'm going to be extremely upset hahahah

I'm extremely upset and it's not like I can do anything, it's an Amazon giftcard. Can't really get a refund on it.

It's just shitty when you're taking advantage of suicidal people who are desperate and then squeezing them for more.
Why is it so hard to die?? All I want is to die in my sleep peacefully without pain as soon as possible.

I had a similar experience. Parcel got lost on the way back to him (I couldn't pick it up cause it got stuck in customs too long). Anyways I paid again the 100USD and now waiting for the package again

You have to claim it from USPS. For registered shipments (with tracking number!) there's usually insurance that pays if packages get lost. It happens all the time.

It's not DMC's fault if your package is lost. He won't refund unless the package returned to them.

He did not insure it and USPS told me that he has to start the claim process which he refuses to do.

Sorry but I'm out $130, I've gotten nothing but stress out of this and I'm out $130 when I'm already unemployed. So yeah it's not the guy's fault it's lost, but the *very* least he could do is ship it again without charging me another $100.
Also the very least he could have done is actually shipped it express with a proper tracking number service like he said he would. USPS said he didn't do that, because it's the cheapest servic, the tracking is limited and they can't tell if something is returned back to the country of origin. lol lol so much bullshit about his express delivery service upcharge.

Pretty sure he does this on purpose to scam people out of their money.

It's a win for him right? He package gets sent back to him, but he still has our money and can keep dangling "oh the tracking number says it's still in progress" as an excuse. And then going "well, not my problem if it doesn't arrive, you have to pay me again." It's a lucrative win for him, idiots like us keeping paying him hundreds of dollars for a product that we'll never get.

I would but honestly at this point, I'm so mad and even if I paid another $100 (which I do not have because I was just laid off), there's no guarantees I'll get another package successfully and I don't want to feed into this guy's scam.

Fingers crossed for you, it doesn't seem like many people got their package, but one person did, so there's some hope there.

Think of it from a business standpoint. If the "least he could do" is send another package for free, then he would be losing product at cost" to satisfy a one-time customer.

It isn't his problem if it doesn't arrive. You are asking for a discreet package to be sent literally across the world. It is possible that international items get lost in shipment. Sure, most other businesses would offer a refund, but consider the precarious business model that you have bought into. Shit happens.

Quite frankly, you have recently been acting extremely entitled and very rude towards and about DMC. The majority of your posts are making extreme negative assumptions about the seller when you have no real understanding of conducting a business like this and in his country. Do better, dawg.
