dmc labelling

Hi, the package inside the dmc box was labelled as sodium nitrite, but underneath it said it contained 1g sodium nitrite and 250g table salt. At least it said something like that; I threw away the label so I can't check. Can anyone reassure me? I've checked my order on his page and it is sn 100g. But I am paranoid as i can't take any chances.

Are there any reports of failure with dmc? Do you think it's 100% if you follow the protocol, are not found, and have no health issues like gastroparesis for instance?

Yes I did. It actually mentions this in the description of the product on the website if you read the whole thing, under "standard formuation". So I think it's that but want to check!

Yeah that's probably what it was referring to. More of a safety measure to ensure proper mixing.
