Dmc asking payment through Airbnb

Hello all
I want to order 100g of sn. In the email dmc asked to send money through PayPal. But I was getting an error message. Now I contacted them through Whatsapp and they say I have to book two nights at their Airbnb as payment. Did anyone else have that experience? I don't know how Airbnb works but can they charge more?I don't wanna lose my money plus some and not get anything.

I paid through the Airbnb option 2 days ago since I'm not familiar with the other options. I am skeptical but will keep you updated if it arrives

When I tried to use this option it was all in Ukrainian and I couldn't find a way to change the language to English.
