Help DMC and transferGo

I bought the SN from DMC and sent the money through TG, is there suppose to be so many security questions from them?

Also from this BBC article, from this BBC article https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-68347415 surely customs will be cracking down on shipments?

I paid via paypal and cant remember any secuity questiuons?

Also I am the UK and didn't have any problems with security or customs.

It didn't give me the option of PayPal, it gave me TG and PayS and Binance I think

That article is from 1 March so obviously they have not "cracked down" on anything yet.
