Their website is a little vague so you probably can get accepted without diagnosis

The article says he had an illness that doctors couldn't diagnose.

Which if it was depression related it could be what I have pssd which antidepressant use can cause which basically blows you Brain amd you can't feel any happy emotions or reactions to drugs and alcohol.

I've emailed the clinic after seeing this to see what they come back with

There is a lot of misleading information in that obviously biased article. Pegasos and also Dignitas (and a couple of others) follow the rules, laws and guidelines of Switzerland related to an accompanied suicide. And by the way the usage of the term "clinic" incorrectly characterizes the association.
