• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I keep reading that O/Ding doesn't work. But there are accidental overdose deaths daily. So would taking a few Diphenhydramine tabs to quell nausea along with over 30 500mg Methocarbamol and over 60 50mg Tramadol not do the job? Not taken all at once though. Taking a few Diphs ahead of time. Then taking several Meths and Trams to get to the very sleepy stage, then taking the rest right before nodding off. Does it depend on weight too?

I think you would severely injure your stomach and kidney or liver. Tramadol is a super weak respiratory depressant. You might just vomit it all even if you space it out.

Wish you didn't feel the need to think about this

The reality is perscription and otc drugs are designed and regulated to be as safe as possible, even when intentionally abused. The majority of fatal ODs happen because of street drugs, primarily fentanyl and meth. And other health and bodily factors have to be considered, not just the substances. Things like diabetes, hyper/hypotension, autoimmune, etc, that raise someone's risk factor for fatal OD with the substances taken.

Not that fatal ODs involving prescriptions don't or can't happen. But it's just not reliable enough to be able to safely recommend.
