Diphenhydramine doesn't make me feel anything

I am experimenting Diphenhydramine on myself in case of eventual CTB where I will take Diphenhydramine 30 mins before SN. I have tried 25mg and 50mg in separate cases. I don't feel anything after waiting for more than 30 mins. What could have gone wrong. I am using the generic Amazon brand instead of Benadryl.

Does it not make you feel drowsy at all?

25mg an hour before bed always works for me. And even more so with alcohol.

It doesn't make me feel any different from my current state. So I was already kinda exhausted. Taking 50mg -> wait for two hours -> same amount of exhaustion. But once I took some wine, my exhaustion level actually go up a lot.

I wouldn't take anything more the 200mg , but if you keep taking that amount your emotions will go mute.

Supposedly you're not supposed to take DPH and alcohol together because it can fuck your breathing up or something and it can slow the speed at which both drugs get broken down in your system so maybe that's why it felt like it did more with the wine, but I dunno! I'm only like baby level knowledge with drugs

I took the wine 2 hours after taking Diphenhydramine

I only took 50mg in my lifetime so far. Do you mean 200mg in one go? How long will my emotions be mute?
