I just want to sell out my funeral

After nearly 5 years of intense back And forth and deciding to hold off and try other things, etc, I have given myself a date by which to
Ctb. I have accepted the risk of brain damage and/or pain in my last moments, and I choose the possibility of peace over any potential complications. Nothing could get worse than it is.

I have some medical tests coming up For issues I cannot get help for no matter how hard I try, and once I get confirmation of these bad results (I am 90% certain of the results) I will make my exit.

I wanted to first see if Dignitas was at all feasible. I am about to turn 29, I have documented physical and mental health struggles. However, the conditions that are ruining my quality of life most and have lasted the longest are mental health issues. I know my sleep doctor would likely sign off for me to ctb as she's out of options for my severe insomnia and has expressed she can see I have no quality of life left. My question is, do I need the approval of my other practitioners? I know my therapist is inherently biased in terms of this and would not approve. Do I need their approval, or are the objective records of my years of suffering enough? Can she refuse to send them? I don't want to pay a ton of money only for my providers to
Ruin this, despite they themselves voicing they don't know what else to do for me.

If not I will proceed with my next plan, just wanted to cover all my bases. Thanks in advance!

Why not Pegasos? I heard they are more flexible with who they accept. Tbh I have no idea. Best would be to contact Dignitas and ask what documentation they need.
I've seen your posts before about different methods and you're kinda like me, not sure which method would be best. Do you mind saying what method you've settled on if Dignitas doesn't work out? Totally fine if you don't want to say! Wishing you luck with Dignitas!

you didn't mention anything about having someone come with you. These clinics don't allow suicidal people to show up alone. They want someone to contact authorities.

Sorry I don't know the answers to your questions

Pegasos says they will refer all young clients with mental illness to counseling which I think is particularly cruel and stupid, as if people contacting them haven't tried extensive counseling and psychiatric resources.

I will probably end up going full suspension. Painful but cheap and effective. I really wanted a peaceful end but that's not in the cards for me.

I didn't wanna contact them if I didn't absolutely have to because I'm paranoid of saying the wrong thing but that may be my only option. Thank you for the response!

Dignitas actually explicitly states it's not required. They will appoint you a representative. It is required with Pegasus, which seems inferior to me for many reasons.

@AntiquatedHorror Thank you for this! Unfortunately I don't have anyone who would help me read that, I'm on my own with this. I'll try to read it to the best of my ability with the limited cognitive ability I have left. Thank you for finding it for me!

You have a nitrogen tank right? Why not combine full suspension with nitrogen? That's what I'm thinking of doing! That way you don't have to feel the pain. The timing might be a bit tricky but I'm pretty sure it's totally doable. Well, unless you do it in a forest I guess.

I don't believe you need their approval, but they would at minimum contact the doctors who performed the tests on you and have a chat with them. scratch that, maybe not even that.
Do you have anyone close who could read this document for you? http://www.dignitas.ch/images/stories/pdf/so-funktioniert-dignitas-e.pdf
Have you heard or read somewhere they will contact ones own doctors? I havent heard of this.. and its actually a huge oroblem since usually ones own doctors dont support this. Its a huge no no to most doctors even if you are terminally ill. Let alone chronicly ill.
