I'm a big fan of his music and they are all very depressing, even though was not describe as suicide, I think it was.

I think he was careless with his life but I don't think he intended to kill himself. He took Xanax from someone who laced the drug. It's pretty much impossible to OD on just Xanax so it was more like manslaughter.

I guess there was Fentanyl in the Xanax and that's a deadly combination.

Yeah I don't think he knew that the Xanax was laced with F. He took Xanax a lot.
It isn't uncommon to find fentanyl in a variety of pressed street pills, either to enhance potency, as a little goes a long way, simply due to mixing various raw ingredients of dubious content, or due to fentanyl residue left over from a previous batch.

Yeah there will always be a risk when taking drugs, if he did it intentionally knowing it was laced or if he didn't care we will never know. I think he was on tour at the time with bandmates and was on instagram live popping pills so it doesn't seem intentional overdose to me.

It just seemed like he was really apathetic towards life. I don't think his death was intentional, just seems like an unfortunate accident. I feel like you can want to die while not making active attempts to do it, you just live life not caring whether you live or not, idk that's how it seemed he lived based off his lyrics and his overall attitude.

I wish I was lil peep. At least my life can be over shortly after high school at only 20 years old. That would of been beautiful. True definition of "short and sweet"

Always considered this. Although, I agree with the other members thinking that he was rather apathetic in general and just overdosed on some fentanyl laced xanax as part of his history of drug abuse.

It is easy to selectively extract lyrics as being what the author "truly" feels while discounting ones that might be more objectionable as "it's only a song."

Makes me wish I hadn't lost that Xany that someone gave me. Could've lucked out in my case. I don't mean that in regards to LP. I feel sorry for them if they weren't intentionally trying to go out.
