Did Ligature Strangulation for hours last week several times. I think skull has dents or ridges now and maybe swelling on forehead. Getting headaches that last 24/7. honestly this is the best route, just say its a fetish thing that went awry but potential head trauma should absolutely be looked at by a professional. theyve seen and heard worse i promise
