Did anyone actually ever have any kind of success with the bean bag and rachet strap method?

I know that if they died i wouldnt be aware. But did anyone realize that it was actually going to work, freak out and then take it off? At this point i am literally just strangling myself. My neck hurts bad as fuck, and i may try a partial hanging instead. I wanted to go painless but that may just not work out. These bags should be big enough to cover the entire area of my neck, while still leaving a little space for my wind pipe, but at this point i really dont give a shit about breathing anymore. I wish that i could just suffocate
