Now I've got a couple of questions. I was using an exercise band around a closet handle while I sit on the floor.
Is it still possible to keep breathing but lose consciousness? I felt like my head was slowly about to pop but I think I could still breathe. If I'm restricting blood flow to my brain would that eventually kill me while I'm still breathing?

Hmm.. a method like that was actually something I was fantasizing about. Afraid of failing and getting brain damage/found out.

Agreed. In my opinion I think getting found out would be tough. I'm thinking of going into the woods or something and using a belt nailed to a tree. Although when I did a test with a belt I straight up couldn't breathe and my head felt like it was going to explode.

If it feels like your head is going to pop, then you're restricting the jugulars and not the carotids. Need to pull down more and/or find the sweet spot.
