This maybe should have been more obvious to me, but I've noticed lately that as I succumb to stronger suicidal ideation, close to action, in turn, my OCD grows worse. This is because major depressive disorder (which I was diagnosed with) or depression feeds OCD and vice versa. So when I try to focus more on suicidal thoughts rather than intrusive, obsessive thoughts, I'm attempting something that isn't even possible. I'm invariably triggering my OCD.

I don't really know what to do. OCD is such a bitch. Now I'm mostly distracted from my suicidal ideation. I literally have nothing to live for... but anyway, just thought I would point this out in case nobody noticed this themselves for their own mental illnesses.
