Deleting yourself online

My last attempt to ctb, I wiped my phone and threw the battery one way and phone the other way into a lake.

I failed, obviously.

I bought a new phone. Everything from my old phone got imported.

My goal is to protect this group and others I am a part of. How can you delete all of your online activity, so that if anyone really cares to look into it, they are not led here or to our dicords?

Factory reset was done prior to throwing phone into lake. I thought that wiped everything out. But when I got a new phone, was able to recover everything.

Then stop Automatically syncing it to the cloud? Also I think if yyy hard reset you don't need to throw it into the river. I doubt cops will check that hard for a suicide. Maybe if you were a spy tho

I err on the side of caution. Been with this group through several bans. I have friends here. I do not wish anything to happen to this site or people here because someone got nosy and into my shit.

That happened to me too. Back in september i went to the bridge and decided to ctb. I left my phone and stuff behind me on the bridge so i could prepare myself for a jump. But then i changed my mind and looked around and saw my phone and stuff gone.

Well I am no expert and I wish I was I have been talking to someone from here and I have kept the email on my cellphone which is probably a bad thing already and someone who knows data mining and data hacking and data tracking probably already knows about me and my on again and off again suicidal thoughts from time to time I hope I don't fuck it up for anyone else because I am still not certain about CTB only if my life reaches as bad as my first suicide attempt whether I be real or fake or whatever contradictions within myself and all that for I hope I can live in this world so I don't want or have to CTB but there is always a reason or no reason for me to live while also wanting to die so we don't have to suffer our existence or others.

Delete your account. Follow the directions and after you complete that, then factory reset the phone.

Will delete your account and all data associated to it.

Thing is though, we don't know how long Google will keep a backup of your data.

When you factory reset your phone though, you're basically losing the key to the encrypted filesystem on your phone... Which will pretty much kill off most people's ability to search for anything. On top of that, I would recommend just powering off the phone and then throwing it into some water.

Also, make sure you take out the Sim card and MicroSD and dispose of those somewhere else.

You'll still have to worry about the hard drive(s) in your computer too if you've ever browsed SS on them. There are many videos about how to "upgrade a hard drive" which will show you the proper way to remove a hard drive from a laptop or desktop. After you take it out, smash the ever living shit out of it and either burn it or throw it in some water for a prolonged time.

I mean, that's all the stuff I'm going to do.

I would think that unless you're what's considered a celebrity or vip they're not going to spend too much time looking into your online activity.
They probably don't have the resources to be that thorough and unfortunately just consider you another statistic.

This is a little odd, I know, but I don't do any of this on my phone. Instead, I have a tablet I use for it. When the time comes, I can delete everything that needs to be deleted.

You can delete your google account. Tbh, as long as you have 2 step authentication, no way in hell is anyone gonna get anything on you.
Also, you can go to activity center to see every activity you have done on your devices connected to your google account and delete it all together.

I want to make sure I don't fuck it up as well because truth be told me being suicidal is one of the greatest demons we try to slay otherwise death to me in terms of CTB as terrifying and peaceful as it would be for me since I don't think I will accomplish anything great in American Society for the greater good as much as I agree with it sometimes we should have the right to die all on our own or with our partners sure I may not be ready or can't do it since I want to live for as long as I can without being screwed by the system we built for ourselves which ultimately protects us but also enslaves us all.

I'll always check in from time to time and not start flame wars and try not to get banned for I believe this place is more therapeutic than an actual therapist/psychiatric place which I am going to a place called Journey Mental Health later this month for whatever resources they can provide me with.
