Hello beautiful people, i am new here so i apologise if i'm not doing this right, i haven't quite fully understood how this forum works yet but i will try my best.
My method of choice is an exit bag. I've been researching it for some time but i am not by any means an expert, so i could really use some advice. Recently i came across this website and it is everything i've been looking for. But while scrolling through the posts here i started to see people sharing their experiences with this method and how it has not worked for them. This did quite a number on me since i was so sure this method is very reliable. I guess i was wrong. I've read that the reason for failure might be the helium purity. Unfortunately i cannot get my hands on pure helium as i suspect a lot of people can't, so i had to settle for "balloon helium"(i'm sorry, i'm not sure how else to call it). From what i read "balloon helium" is usually 99% pure, but i don't know that for a fact, maybe someone can correct me if i'm wrong. In my opinion 99% should do the trick, what do you guys think?
Another method i was researching is terminal dehydration, but this is a tricky one. Every article i've read says it's supposed to be a somewhat decent death, which should occur in 7-10 days. But again, people here seem to disagree. I've read quite a few 'horror' stories about this and i really wouldn't like to go through something like that.
So i started thinking and i guess i came up with a possible solution. What if i start dehydration around 4 days before my exit bag attempt? Dehydration should weaken my body enough so that it's not going to fight too much for survival, right? I am obviously not sure if this is correct. Do you think something like that could work? I really need help i can't spend another month in this hell. Also if the helium fails, dehydration might still kill me. It would just have to do it in a matter of 3 days(plus the 4 days before the attempt, so 7 days in total), before anyone comes looking for me.
I have one last question. If the exit bag fails what could the possible risks be? I know some brain damage might occur but it doesn't seem to be the case for everyone who failed. And if brain damage does occur, how bad would it be?
Thank you in advance!

Not all balloon helium is 99%, sadly a lot of balloon helium vendors in my country (Scandinavian), reduced the purity because of CTB cases. I wouldn't risk it without it being high enough %. This made me abandon this method.

I think the main risks is brain and organ damage if I remember right, haven't looked into it since August. Most helium is now mixed with oxygen to prevent CTB, usually it's 80% helium and 20% oxygen.
