Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Can one decapitate his head by placing head on train track and waiting until train moves ? So, train would just start to move at slow speed and decapitate head. The better option would obviously be to do it on a moving train, but the wheels are not accessible in that circumstance.

Aren't most trains designed so your body can fit underneath. Even if your head is where the train is and your body isn't I feel like you have just as high of a chance at being thrown underneath or having something that isn't vital run over instead of CTB.
Yes, a train will do this no matter the speed. At slow speeds, SI can get you to pull back safely.
This is a often discussed method. Having someone else kill or maim you is just bad form.
Based on posts from a train driver here, ctb by train works about 70% of the time and about 30% of the timje leaves extrenely bad injuries, such as missing limbs, paralysis, etc. The method you describe seems nearly impossible to pull off- don't you think someone would see you going under the train? Then you'll get involuntary hospitalization or maybe even jail- no one would know what you were up to down there. This is a method ony for the most desperate, though willing to take a 30% chance of serious disability instead of ctb.
