Has anyone ordered one of these and then how long did it take to arrive?

I ordered two. Each took about a week and a half each— not very long at all. It is unmarked and looks like scuba gear in case anyone finds it. It looks slightly difficult to use but there are instructions online. I've heard people say it doesn't seal properly. So, I haven't used it yet. Too hesitant it will be a waste of $280
