Sounds like abit of a long shot.... but I was thinking of drowning myself. If I took a strong sedative like multiple Xanax or Valium in water and feel asleep. I presumably would pass out and drown? I really want to leave this world but the actual process of dying seems so horrific and I just want an end to it all.

hi, i also have been thinking about this and its my ready to use method (slightly modified tho) or at least my backup.
i cant confirm that benzodiazepines are strong enough to keep you unconscious when you drown since i never did high doses. i know for sure that some alcohol can do that job for me at least. so using both, the alcohol and benzos might do the job since they interact with each other. hope this helps

Does anybody know if shallow water blackout has been successful for any members on here? I'm running out of options and I'd like to possibly do this in a lake.Similar threads
