Discussion Day dreaming again

Simple question... Do you day dream of your suicide? The details of it all? And what does that say about me if i do?

Don't worry, you're not alone. I like to plan things out a lot in my head, and think about the ways they'll play out, so I find myself daydreaming about it quite a bit. I think it's pretty normal to think about it in that way, it's a really big decision after all. Sometimes imagining all the details helps to prepare for, or cope with the idea, making things easier.

It's basically how I get through the day and the anxiety when trying to go to sleep at night. I don't know what that says but you're not alone.
