Daily opiod use and sn

Only way I have is sn. I'm daily user of oxy for chronic illness. Caused delayed gastric emptying. Only 1 guy on here 3 years ago did a great analysis on an updated. He says do not use opiods for pain during an due to delayed gastric emptying. So imagine every day use. I have to use enemas to clear out.weekly. if I use an enema before sn will this work. I do not want to prolong agany because of the slow motility. So scared I need to go asap...... please someone help me. Thank you!!!!!!@

I can see how that is concerning. Honestly I don't think the enema will help because the action of slow motility will still be in effect from the oxy used that day. However there are other ways to speed gastric emptying. Some anti emetics have that mode of action. It's partially why some AE's are favoured in certain guides.

What if I skip a day? Still have the slow gut.....ae cause akathesia for me. Can stay in blood for 4 days. They are scary. I can't even die right. I need to leave now. My gut is so messed up haven't been able to eat right for 3 months 100 lb now

I am looking into opiod induced constipation meds now. But will not solve the motility isdue??? I can't just sit there oxy and go in wd...........I need help as SN is method
