How painful would it be to cut your artery in your neck compared to your wrist? I have SN, Meto, but have been debating this method a lot lately because I want to be high or drunk when I am passing away.
wow, I personally think it will be much more painful/ messy than SN but I don't have much insight about this method. I'm too coward to even think about doing this.

Person I love the most in the world cut his, did it on impulse. Said the adrenaline at the time took over prior to it and during and couldn't feel pain.
Survived as his Dad put pressure on the wound and got to hospital very fast.
That's when the pain started, it comes after the actual event. Stitches, having to keep wound clean, neck pain constantly.

I have no personal experience, aside from a 'nick' once.
I am guessing the pain felt from attempting this is going to be off the charts, like something never really experienced?
One of the most complex structures in the body is located within the neck; the cervical plexus branches do the supplying of sensory and motor functions to various parts of our bodies. The cervical plexus supplies nerve impulses to the diaphragm, a large muscle which powers breathing, so...
It's a lot deeper than you think. Press on it and see how the muscles around it keep it protected. Those arteries are deep. I thought about this for awhile and even considered using a long needle but if you hit a nerve (very likely) and don't die you could lose feeling and function of your neck and parts of your back among others.

Yes, you're going through all kinds of crap to get to the artery. And if you survive the least you can expect is a wonky neck once the tendons and so on have been reattached. And I think mostly the people who succeeded stabbed themselves rather than cut.

Haha. I'm not laughing to be mean or rude. I was going to thread a game about stuff like this. Still might. If you cut open your jug it kinda will not hurt. It's tough to get at the jug because its protected in that little sliver of a pocket. You will however go into shock. Your body will know real fast to trigger that fight or flight mechanism and you will go through quite an episode. Do you stop the blood and try to stay alive? Do you sit on the floor and go through convulsions? Look up kosher method for live stock. Cows and pigs. That is how it will be. Is it quick? Kinda. My friend said his mom bled out when he was born. She told him it was the best feeling in the world. Like a beautiful sleep. So there's that. The shock would be the part to prepare for.... somehow. ❤
