I wanted to thank you guys. This is one of the most compassionate communities that I've been a part of. A place where one can freely talk about their feelings without the fear of judgment and/or criticism... So hopefully this works out. If not I'll provide an update.

Plan: stat dose of 30mg of Metoclopramide at 1 am; Tagment 800mg at 1:30 am; and 20 g of SN w/ 125 ml of water at 2:00 am

Took both the antiemetic and antiacid, but couldn't take the SN. SI was too high.
Does SN last once the bottle is open?

Hey, I'm glad you're still here, even though I'm sorry you didn't find peace. SI is frustrating to say the least, but now just take some time to think it over again? You can always ctb later, there is no deadline. When the time is right, SI won't kick in. I get angry that I haven't ctb sooner, but then I just remind myself I can always do it tomorrow if I want lol.
I have no answer to how long SN lasts when opens :-( I would imagine it could last a while? It's sold in large quantities for seemingly personal (non-industrial) use, so I don't see why it would go bad soon after opening (but I'm no chemist).

so know i have my N, and im also trying to give life one more chance, but its no piece of cake, its about action, courage, and commited to action and results, and it aint easy ,,,,

No, it's not that fragile. I'd seal it with tape, though, to keep it as airtight as possible.

No, I simply just closed the lid. The oxidation of nitrite to nitrate due to exposure of water vapor would take a long time (months to years.)

Just took SN like 5 mins ago. It tastes extremely salty. Like a car tire. Recommend using a chaser. Hearts racing a bit but no other symptoms.
