CTB with SN: Can’t get benzos, is Pregabalin a suitable alternative?

As said in the title, I'll be ctb with the SN method.

Got my SN delivered and was able to purchase meto where I live. What's missing for me are the recommended benzos and antacids , though I'm more focused on the former. Problem for me is that in my case, I can't get any unless I have prescription , not easy for me to get any street benzos either.

However I do have Pregabalin , but I'm not sure if it will work similarly to the benzos?

Thought about just going ahead with the SN and anti-emetics but I'm concerned it might make things more difficult for me during the process.

Would anyone have good knowledge or advice on this?

I have a similar situation and find it very difficult to get benzos,so I've considered using pregabalin instead.
however, I think the dosage of pregabalin depending on individual tolerance.since I've already built up a tolerance, I'm currently take 600–750 mg daily and find it hard to stop,so maybe I'll measure the effect of a high dose for CTB just to see.but I've noticed that pregabalin can irritate my stomach(my dose might too high.)because of the stomach pain,personally I tend to think this through more carefully.

pregabalin i think should work but beware it takes a few hours for the effects to kick in and for me personally it ends up making me really happy (when i was abusing it atleast) so that might interfere with plans but thats a very individual thing. gabapentinoids and benzos are pretty similar in terms of anti anxiety i think just different mechanisms of action and a few different effects (like pregabalin is also used for nerve pain unlike benzos)
it also depends how much you have/use

I've been considering it too. I'm on 375mg but it does literally nothing for me (I wish I could quit it, but I got horrible GERD flareup when I tried tapering). So it would have to be pretty high for me to do anything. I might just take some hydroxyzine instead and hope for the best.
