I have N and also got antiemetics Domperidone. Are they going to do the work?

I got them without prescription from a big online site. Strange thing is I received them sent as a gift from Hong Kong and without the box which is strange.

Since we are not supposed to share resources, anyone who knows this stuff please pm me. I am hesitant whether to take the AE now... Thanks.

It sounds like you probably ordered them from someone that sells them in a drop shipping format. So you order and pay and they put the order through to the manufacturer and take a cut. Manufacture or wholesaler then sends it out and the seller/merchant you ordered from never actually touches them.

The only question I see in your post is rhetorical and accusatory. I don't see you asking them where they got it as you've just stated.

The way I'm reading their post is that they have N (from a currently undesclosed source). Its the domperidone they're concerned about. You didn't offer up any advice on that front. Only a statement indicating suspicion and that their N will be fake if not from D. Hence my reply.

What would I be accusing them of doing? I actually feel sorry for them if they think they bought N from an online pharmacy. and any AE medications or any other drugs that you would normally need a prescription to buy in your country are totally fake when you buy them online from these same websites. The thing is they actually do send you a blister pack of pills but its not what you ordered, it's totally dangerous to take these pills because you have no idea what is really in them.

On a sidenote, you dont need to take any AE with N, it is not the same beast at all as SN

Yeah a lot of pill sellers seem to send without boxes. I think they may get them in bulk or as I said, drop ship them from a wholesalers over seas. There are fakes. Even in blister packs but they're usually the more abusable types of pharmaceuticals like benzos. It's not impossible that you have fakes but I think chances are probably in your favour. If they're fakes I'd imagine they'll be talk/chalk or some other cheap bulking agent used in tablets so I would either do a test dose or send them off for testing. Depending where you are in the world the services available vary. I the UK & Ireland you can do it free through wedinos but I'm not sure if they do things that aren't narcotics or controlled substances of a pharmaceutical nature. I'm not aware if any free sources anywhere else in the world but there is a paid service called Energy Control (EC) which is based in Spain, I think, but they accept samples from around the world. There's another similar one but I forget the name I'm afraid. Alternatively you can take pharmaceutical pills that are still in their blister strips to a pharmacy and ask them to verify their authenticity. I would do that personally. You don't need to take all of them to thw pharmacy and you can tell them you received them prescribed from another country and describe your suspicion/fear that they may not be authentic.

You don't need an ae. Just make sure you fast and avoid alcohol before taking n. If you don't feel confident about the ae, don't take it.

I ordered AE as I have stomach issues and I want to be on the safe side when it comes to vomitting.
Testing this might be too much judging where I live and my circumstances. I did not want to get my GP involved, otherwise I would have gotten a prescription.

I'd probably just visit a pharmacy and explain you received a prescription by mail (or you could say you're checking on behalf of someone else you care for unofficially) and ask them to verify the authenticity. I'm not sure how long it might take if they can't do it on site. They may offer to send it off. I read somewhere that it happens that way but have no personal experience with this or the requirements surrounding it. I wouldn't want to risk taking an unknown pill but honestly I don't see any logical reason to put anything in the pills that's harmful as active substances cost more than inactive/inert compounds and suspect most fake pills would stand a high chance of being just pure filler. It would be easier to send you nothing than go to the lwngths of creating counterfeit packaging and then add a pill that would hurt you. It doesn't make any logical sense but of course that doesn't make it certain not to occur and is it really a risk you want to take?

They look legit and similar to those shown when you google domperidon tabs.

Remember: there isn't much money to be made from faking this kind of drug. It's simply not worth the effort/cost and not a drug that is in high demand since it has no recreational value. So the likelihood of buying the real thing is much higher.

N is available on some places on the darknet but it's rare and there's a chance it could be a scam or police honeypot

N is NOT available on the darknet at all...........its 100% a scam. IF you are a member of SS which you are, you have the source for the only lagit source of N. This may change at some point but as of right now, D is the only guaranteed source.

There used to be a legit source that was mentioned in the PPeH, however the website that this was on is gone.

OP, DO NOT take A FEW tablets just to see if they work. These pills can have extremely unpleasant and distressing side effects for some people. Take half a tablet if you want. Do not take more than one at a time.

These pills are made in india, and cost of these pills is 27 indian rupees

That's what I was thinking. They appear to be indian manufactured pills. The red box and the inky looking date stamps. If you take an alcohol based wipe that will wipe straight off. There are many pharmaceuticals that cone from India. The quality control can vary there but generally you get what's on the label. You can search the company name and the various details written on the strip. You'll find info quite easily that way and no doubt a point of origin which will be a pharmaceutical lab in India. More importantly you can see other examples of the packaging to check it against your own.

There's a few good online resources for identifying pills too. Just search "pill identifyer" and you'll be able to cross reference what you have with the relevant pills.
