someone in my city recently jumped down onto an inner state freeway and died. i've been trying to think of a foolproof way that will really take me out & fast, i'm curious how effective falling from a tall height really is

I mean, you could, but ai gotta wonder why. That sounds more like an act of serious desperation than a thought out plan, because at that point why not just jump away from oncoming traffic? I'd rather minimize the damage done to people both physically and mentally.
