00:00 - Stop eating food
06:00 - Stop intake of water
07:00 - 1000mg Paracetamol
07:20 - 3 x 10mg Metoclopramide
07:20 - Prepare 2 cups SN 20g in <50ml of water
08:00 - Drink SN

I have a few hours ahead before I have adequate fasting. I will update if I drink. If for some reason I change my mind, I will let you all know. And I hope for your understanding and compassion.

Overdose is a myth,you can even take like 300pills and the chances are more likely that you will end up disabled than dead

1000mg is within the recommended dosage. i believe it's just meant as a blood thinner in this case
