I feel selfish saying this but I wish to ctb only if my marriage fails. I have gained one final chance with my family and have some hope yet still think obsessively about CTB.. I fear I am a selfish coward but I just cannot live without my family. I have borderline personality disorder and that makes it likely my relationships will fail. I'm scared.

You shouldn't feel selfish, to me this just sounds like you really love your wife/husband and if they love you then they should be patient with your BPD.
It's not selfish. It's just being honest when we are realistic about what we can handle. I hope things go well.
