I'm finally catching the bus with SN, with metoclopramide and clonazepam to aid the process. I've decided there is no other choice for me, and this is best for everybody around me and myself too. I would like to give my thanks to this forum and community for everything. I will make sure another thread is queued on the day to confirm my death for anybody interested.
