SN would be ideal for me, but I might look into other, less restricted poisons, since SN is pretty difficult to get without proof of company or professional use.

I have two methods to choose from: Hanging or SN. I haven't decided which one I'll ultimately choose yet.

Fent. Plain and simple. I already know it works and I know what it feels like. I've already died from it but it was unplanned and accidental and my 2 friends brought me out of it but next time I know how . A couple of days ago it rounded up my to go kit and now I'm just waiting on my time as I have planned it down to the last detail. Last week in May I am catching my bus. I am going to a city of my choice. Go to a concert. Eat a good meal going to a movie and take a walk down to the lake. I'm going to have enough pulled up in a syringe to kill 4 people for a backup. I'm going to sniff a good amount and start smoking until I go to sleep. It's just that easy. If for some reason that doesn't work I'll have enough ready to inject. I'm 100% percent sure that will do it. If I end up having to inject myself I'll have enough in me to kill about 14 people. I already have a DNR and a living will with no life support ventilator or feeding and no autopsy. I'm not sure if they have to honer the no autopsy part but it's written up in my living will anyway.

I chose exit bag but it is soooo complicated and tedious to set up and gather materials. When it comes down to it I can see myself using a firearm or hanging, the classic two methods.


Also, side note, but from all the videos and descriptions of SN deaths I've seen it does not sound that great of a way to go.

Hanging is my only option. I'm not confident about the SN approach, don't have access to a firearm, and can't get access to any inert gas (I don't drive, and can't get it delivered). I tried hanging over and over again in Feb 2024 and failed each time.

i voted exit bag because that was the closest to carbon monoxide. back when i was planning to ctb in japan, my plan was to burn tons of charcoal in my apartment with all the doors, windows and vents sealed, and then get drunk on tons of alcohol and benadryl so that ill be thoroughly asleep when the co2 kills me.

I know co2 probably isnt the best method out there, it can cause risks for neighbors if the gas leaks, and theres tons of ways it can go wrong. but for me, i enjoy the idea of passing away in my sleep. not conscious to feel scared or panic. get to spend my last few moments dreaming about whatever.

Hanging, because when practicing once with no intent to.die I was within a couple of seconds of going unconscious and didn't feel any pain.

bit late but jumping sounds very appealing to me. i always wanted to go skydiving or bungee jumping because i love when the wind hits my body. i generally really like heights and i feel that falling off a building at night in nyc or something is just so tuff and such a nice way to go. sometimes i imagine the breeze. though i do feel bad for whoever has to witness something so gruesome and the people who'll have to clean that up

I've been trying to CTB for about two years now.

I have perfected a method that will get me to a location at least 160 feet above ground on a balcony with a fall straight onto concrete provided that I make a small leap from the railing. I hit my weed pen like 7 times to overcome SI but diddnt work. The time before that I used lorazepam but that diddnt work either as I just fell asleep.

The next time I can access that location is in 3-4 weeks, i think alcohol is the next move for me.

Thoughts?
Basically anything that makes me go unconscious even for a second so I can fall backwards. Helium? Anisthesia? Idk

I voted for SN.

Gun would be the most painless and peaceful, kinda like flicking the on switch to off in an instant. Of course you should aim on your brain properly. Unfortunately very hard to obtain guns in western Europe. Quite disturbing and messy for the person that has to find you.

Exit bag would be the quite quick and peaceful, however it will look quite disturbing for the person that has to find you. Also quite some steps required to do it properly.


Jumping is way way too scary! Afraid it would still be painful. Also very disturbing for other people to witness / find you like that. Still doing it from a very very high building will allow you to 'fly' for a bit, that might be a cool sensation although not sure if it can be enjoyed in that moment.

Hanging seems very uncomfortable. If I would you would go for this method I would like to do it like they for punishment back in the day where they drop you a certain a height and breaking your neck in an instant. (Still doesn't seem very peaceful)
Another idea I had about it was to stand and put the rope around you neck. Take an high overdose of benzo's. The body will go numb and your get strangled while being in a coma.

Overdose of opiate might be nice for many people. I tried Heroin and Oxy but they just make me very very nauseous. Don't feel any euphoria from it. Feel very crappy on it. Maybe it wouldn't matter if you go unconscious quickly. Might be an insane puke fest for me.

SN seems quite convenient. Would take it with high dosage of benzo and hopefully fade away quickly and peacefully.
