ctb in a week, my sn protocol - advise me x

hey everyone - i hope to ctb in a week and a bit. as per advice on anti acids and PPI, i will be taking 40mg esomeprazole every day for 7 days (7th day sn) to reduce stomach acid properly, so as to reduce chance of pain and discomfort. then i will follow this regime - please offer your criticism if you see problems. im not too sure about sn dose (i am 7 stone), also not sure about the first 2 meto doses - i thought it might be better

	Medication and Dose
07:00	last 40mg dose esomeprazole
10:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
16:00	stop eating -
18:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide , 1 xanax
00:00	stop drinking
01:00hrs	600mg of Ibuprofen
01:20hrs	3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total) 400mg propranolol (crushed in water)
01:30hr	chew anti acid double dose
	Wait 40 minutes During the wait time, dissolve 18gm of Sodium Nitrite in 50ml, 3 cups Crush10mg (Nitrazepam) with Mortar & Pestle Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created
02:00hrs	SN drink Drink nirazepam(Benzos) in water Lay back

my only suggestion is you take 1000mg of paracetamol instead of 600mg of ibuprofen. ibuprofen is known to be harsh on empty stomach but only to a small extent, but it seems like most people prefer ibuprofen anyway

hey yes, i couldnt do it, si was too strong, i also didnt have access to sn at that point - there was also more danger of me being found to early with fsh

I understand yes si is a difficult thing.
I hope i can overcome it and die when I attempt full hanging.
Was it very scary staying there with the noose on your neck before stepping off the chair? I can only imagine how scary that moment must feel but I have no choice i must step off the ladder and free myself and i have no other method only hanging

yes it was very scary, i must have tried about 20 times...i think sn is my best choice, considering i also have all the supplementary drugs and lots of benzos...i can only wish you peace comes to you, wether you choose life or choose to depart xx i hope things get better for you, sending hugs

OP is using PPI and antacid, meaning more SN will pass to the small intestine and absorbed by the blood

In my case, I would take a benzo pill 40 min in advance the SN, just to be more relaxed, and hopefully I will fall asleep faster, and reduce the chances of involuntary muscle movements and stuff like that.
The rest looks super solid, I will do something very similar, I just wont use the anti acid and 28g since i am quite solid 75kg with low BF.

cool thanks for the advice - yes i was unsure about benzo order - will be taking a heazy dose of nitrazepam, and i am benzo naieve, so i was worried i would be kncoked out too much so i couldnt take more sn if i needed? i think i could stay awake for the first dose, but worry i would throw up in my sleep and not be able to take the second dose, unsure how to proceed

I think you gotta be as close as possible to the second SN glass. If after a few minutes you didnt throw up, you know the attemp will be successful because many people have thrown up, and succeeded anyways.

Hi. I don't know much about SN but from what I've seen I thought it worked quickly. I didn't think you could take something 2 hours later. Can you please explain? I don't have a way to ctb but I need to asap I'm in excruciating physical pain.
