Also if something like this would come to Germany, I would probably have to sign a lot of paperwork in order to even see the food.

Look, even if I go to Burger King, I have to sign 3 papers in order to pickup my order and go with it back home..
There is something like I don't sue them if I get Covid, I don't make any police report if someone had covid and eaten at this restaurant and that I understand that I have to wear a mask till I leave their parking lot XD
