you need 90 percent pure heroin or fentanyl and you need to inject the heroin yourself but getting ahold of fentanyl is hard

doesnt bohemia and archetyp market have fentanyl? i know some markets have them and some telegram dealers have fentanyl. it really isnt that hard to get.

Lucky why? Ive tried it once, bandages from the doc. Was unable to pee it hurt like a mtf. After that I tried oxy and thats been helping ever since.You're lucky if you can get Fentanyl
