Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Depends on what you use and how you do it. I have met 2 people in person who tried and ended up living with most of their faces blown off and some mental impairment. Also known of some that died instantly. There's a story on the clearweb about a woman who tried it and lived, but not without consequences.
