My dog used to eat crayons and he just had colorful shits.

This was a shih tzu so he wasn't even a big dog.

If you ate crayons you would probably just have colorful shits and *maybe* a stomach ache. Pretty sure they're designed to be safe as these companies know that kids eat random shit, same way school glue is now basically edible

When I was a freshman art student I had the idea of consuming my paints to see if that could kill me. I highly doubt crayons are toxic at all since children eat them all the time and are usually fine (I've even done so myself, not a fan of the flavor). When it comes to paints or really any dyes I never got around to eating them but I did hear that a general rule of thumb is that more "unnatural" colors like blues and purples tend to be more likely to contain highly toxic substances.

Funny enough I also had access to lots of charcoal through the pens to draw with. I also considered burning my charcoal to kill myself with but since I was living in the dorms I couldn't find a good airtight place that I'd be safe from getting caught in. This was all the way back in 2013 so I guess I was always thinking about suicide.
