I'm fine. I gave myself pretty bad nerve damage but I can deal with it.

Take care. If you're ever too distressed, take a very cold shower—trade the pain of SH for a cold that really hurts...
I'm trying to get better. I've had very little energy lately, but overall I feel like my mind is reorganizing itself. Soon I'll be on medication and maybe my energy will improve.

Currently showers, or anything touching my hand causes a sharp burning pain about half the time unfortunately. I should try ice cubes or something.

I'm trying to get better.

That's good to hear:) Medication was helpful for me. Sometimes it gives you the push you need
