Wow, I picked quite the time to check in. I felt extremely tired today, so I went back to bed and slept more. My illness is basically cured! I'd like to thank my immune system, and my immune system's mother...

While it's nothing like truly being mute, I had a brief time period of about a week or so where I wasn't allowed to speak, after a surgery done on my mouth. It was quite challenging. I had to mime things, extensively use body language and write down what I had to say and show people the note.
I actually enjoyed it, because it was an excuse for me to ignore people, but it really must not be fun when you'd actually want to say things.

That's what I do in my day to day yeah. I however do not give a fuck because there's nothing I want to say to anyone and if I don't want to respond to something I can just aggressively stare like wow tough luck for you and no I'm not picking up that piece of paper and you can't make me.

That's pretty much how I live my day to day... I drive Uber on the side, and I have to ask clients questions via notepad... Uugh...
Also, by the way, @martyrdom , how is the hospital? I hear it isn't great...

@Xi-Xi It's a regular hospital, not a psychiatric one. There's a lot of noise, many people, annoying interruptions when they have to take my blood or do tests, the lighting is annoying and it smells like hospital. Also it's cold. But at least I have a room to myself and the nurses are nice.
