Maybe I died when I tried to OD and this is the hell. Does it get worse with each death?

Yes, and personally I'm afraid that this is just stage 1.

Many people say that this physical world is an artificially created simulation, something similar to the movie "The Matrix". We're like in a video game here, and the real point of all this is to have energy pumped out of us.

Interestingly, the way things work in this world is that negative feelings are much more intense and long-lasting than positive ones.

"There is an asymmetry between positive and negative sensations: the most intense pleasures are short-term, while the worst types of pain can be much longer; there is chronic pain, but there is no chronic pleasure; the worst types of pain (for example, torture) are more intense than the intensity of the best pleasures (for example, pleasure from orgasm).

Many psychological studies have found that negative life events are more powerful than positive ones. Thus, psychologist and researcher Roy Baumeister and co-authors note that bad emotions, bad parents, and bad responses have a stronger impact than good ones; bad information is processed more thoroughly than good information, and bad impressions and negative stereotypes are formed faster than good ones and are more stable."

Many people say that in out-of-body experiences, in near-death experiences, in regressive hypnosis, and even, for example, in such CIA projects as Staragte, they learned that life after death exists, reincarnation exists, that human consciousness does not reside in the brain - the brain is only a receiver for consciousness and a computer, that this physical world is an artificially created simulation (in declassified CIA documents they use the word "hologram"), that someone pumps emotional energy from souls embodied in bodies like from batteries. Robert Monroe called this energy that is pumped from us by the word "loosh", and this the planet "loosh farm".

That is, they found out (hundreds, thousands of different people found out the same thing) that people live in the physical world in physical bodies in order to generate energy for someone. The gnostics called those who pump this energy from us "archons", most likely they are some kind of aliens because it is often said that they came from outer space. Reincarnation exists and it's a deception, a way to send our immortal entities back to the physical world to generate energy for them. They also say that they see in out-of-body experience some kind of electromagnetic grid/force field that does not release the souls of the dead from the Earth.

You may have heard about how people in regressive hypnosis recall their "past lives" and what happened between them (as described in the books of Michael Newton, for example). The fact that we are blocked memory of past lives also does not seem to be something good.

And what is called the word "hell" may be the lower levels of the astral and perhaps it is better than this physical world. At least there will be no more physical bodies and, consequently, no physical pain (well, probably logically, I do not know if there can be physical pain there). Because existence in physical bodies with all their biological problems is the lowest possible form of existence. And if we are originally completely immortal entities who were somehow trapped in this world in these physical mortal bodies with blocked memory, then yes, we are in a place that is well suited for words "hell" or "prison".

In this world where we must work to survive. Where we are judged & hated for our differences. Where it's not OK to even desire to leave this life.
Could this actually be Hell itself?🌹💔
I thought of this...i have been thinking about this for a long time..i think for us it might be hell

I genuinely believe that sometimes. I feel like there's too much suffering in the world and too much unfairness for this being the real hell to not be the perfect irony and actual reality.

I mean like probably not but also it sure feels like it sometimes

If such a place exists, then yes without a doubt we are in it.

I don't know, but it does leave me worried. If we suffered once, we could suffer again.
