I am still living with my parents in a apartment and I can't really get a rope without it looking suspicious and also I don't have a lot of cash on me so could I somehow hang myself via hdmi cable?

Plug a displayport into your monitor and use that instead, those things are crazy strong
Guaranteed it'll break your neck and still be plugged in lol
