Many of you guys will already have an understanding of isolation, especially those that are uncomfortable with social contact.
But for others, many are struggling to find ways to cope with the lockdown situation. Whether you are alone or with other people, it would be good to hear your suggestions of how to make this whole thing any easier.
My best advice is to sleep. I have found it is possible to train your body to sleep for long periods of time. I just came out of a 4 day long sleep (obviously getting up to use the bathroom and eat/drink).
What you got??
