Consequences of N Caught at Customs

I've searched a previous thread, but wasn't able to find concrete answers. Anyone know what the implications would be if your N got seized at customs. It's illegal where I am, so in theory could face jail time. But is this realistic? Or would they just seize it and you're out the money?

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks

Would just deny it and say i haven't ordered anything. I also think its unlikely to get stopped unless your unlucky, but i suppose it depends where you are.

The guy was located in the US and had his N confiscated. Luckily he wasn't imprisoned but he had to show up in court in shackles, etc. I recommend reading through the entire thread.

Makes me think evil thoughts. Many bad ideas about making it look like it wasn't sent to me.
Guess they'll never happen because I'll never have $600 to put towards that.

I wanted to have the package addressed to my grandparents' house and use UPS informed delivery to intercept it before they got to it.

Since D disguises the bottles as cosmetics I'm sure they'd think little of it if they were to open the box and just assume it was sent to the wrong address. Also I'm pretty sure that the cops would be more lenient with the elderly for this sort of thing... but then there's the chance that they investigate and track down that *I* was the one who purchased it, and then they might mistakenly assume I was ordering it to assist in the deaths of my grandparents, and since assisting a suicide is a crime it would become disasterous for me.

I hate that I can't order it directly to my house. My father works in security so if the cops caught wind of an illegal substance being delivered to his address I'm sure he'd take some heat from his employers, even if it were obvious that I was the one who ordered it and that he had no prior knowledge of my intentions.

My paranoia still hasn't died down about the possibility of police showing up regarding my SN, but I know its currently legal- but if the law were to change within the next three years I wonder if I could still be tracked because of those people here who said police showed up a year later in the UK. I get scared about delayed visits from the feds, because it happens when you least expect it and have let your guard down. The guy in the thread that I linked to a few posts above said that he had his N for a month with no problems - until the cops randomly decided to show up at his door.

That guy is full of shit. You occasionally have these low post users who post warning threads about SN/N saying how they got in legal trouble. When pressed for details they usually disappear or make up even more fantastical excuses. Look at what they said.

federal postal workers can find out you have it and come to your door to confiscate it. This happened to me when I ordered it the first time last summer. I had it for about a month and somehow my name showed up at some distribution center and they found out and came to confiscate it and said it was a felony class A drug or something and that if I kept it I would be a criminal.

This post literally makes no sense. If customs opens your package and finds contraband they will seize it right away. They won't ship it to you and then wait a month to come to your door to give you a warning.

It is pretty clear that these are pro lifers making up lies but they are not smart enough to come up with convincing ones. Just last week someone said the same thing about SN. How Jeff Bezos himself will hunt you down for ordering SN or some other bullshit.

Think about it. Would the authorities really mobilize a team to track you down for personal amounts of N just to let you off with a warning? No. They would just seize the N and if you were in trouble they would arrest you not give you stern lectures and warnings.

I would understand if you are trying to smuggle large quantities of this stuff but two bottles is 13g. Hardly enough to distribute to others. If the cops were this good at their jobs the crime rate would be at 0%. Just more fear mongering I suspect. None of his claims add up.

I'm no legal expert so take what I say with a grain of salt. But using common sense and judgement you can see through lame fear tactics. Those cases where people got raided are probably extremely rare/unlucky. Like those people who got arrested for downloading pirated music.

What I am curious about is B/D reshipping policy if it gets confiscated by customs. Does he reship? Or do you have to rebuy it? Is there a discount for second time purchases? These are the questions we should be asking.

I suppose these are the risks involved in black market transactions like this. As a certified 'goody two shoes' all of this is overwhelming to me. Most people start their journey with things like stealing candy or smoking a joint. Importing death elixirs is a hell of an introduction. Maybe I am more bad ass than I gave myself credit for (probably not).

I eventually settled on one it seems a lot of other people have ( plus on a video I saw a clip of a bottle that was used and its the same one I bought ) So hopefully I don't end up messing myself up for nothing when I take the next step. I'm thinking about doing the blood test soon but I feel like its unnecessary since I've spoken to people who bought the same one and did it and turned out fine. I also would rather keep my SN sealed until then even if it doesn't hurt it to be opened a few times. If I could get ahold of N I would be a lot more suspicious of if its legit. But I cant save that kind of money anyway so I probably wont have to think about that before its time. I'm just so thankful I don't have to jump,hang or bleed out to end things when I'm ready now. I've just been reading one of the threads and someone had wrote they survived an attempt using the same SN i have lol. I bought mine last year and it was sent stealth and i haven't questioned its legitimacy or tested it. Its not expensive to buy and i wouldn't see the point in sending it how they did when if it wasn't legit.

with the N you can tell thats legit aswell, even before testing it IMO.i only tested it so i could provide members on here with legit information. so much information gets posted on here to scare other members and some people believe it. me personally i don't believe any of it, hence why i went ahead and ordered my stuff and and was confident it would all be fine.
