Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's crazy but I'm just pulled downstairs at night and eat whatever I can find. It's been going on a few months but now I'm in a more depressive stage rather than anxious my metabolism is slower and I'm putting on weight. Putting on weight just makes me more fucking depressed so I eat more.... Any tips?

I do the same so I replaced all the chocolate and cake and shit like that with healthier snacks. So at least when it's 4am and I'm binge eating its a healthier option.

You might try to manage it by making a rule for yourself such as you can eat as much and whenever you want but restrict it to just carrots or spinach.
You may want to experiment with your schedule such as staying up an extra hour and see if that helps makes you tired enough to be able to resist the siren call of the refrigerator.
You may wish to take a warm bath in the evening to see if the dilation of blood vessels can contribute to a sense of relaxation that might aid in providing a block to that which drives the craving.
At a deeper level, you might wish to discover if the desire to eat is depressive triggered, anxiety, triggered, or a habit that has been reinforced by the association of pleasurable sensation. It may be that if one has some vitamin or mineral deficiency it may trigger a hunger. Vitamin pills might help with that.
Just conducting experiments may prove helpful in getting a feeling of control back.
On the down side it may take more that 1/2 oz per day. On the plus side it is not supposed to have much in the way of negative effects.
If I understand it correctly, this was originally a vitamin (B8) but was delisted when it was discovered that it was made in the body. A vitamin is supposed to be something your body needs that it doesn't make itself. However, from what I have read it is made by bacteria in the gut and while made "in" the body, it may not be made "by" the body.
At any rate you may wish to experiment with it. My son tried it for a while and didn't see enough benefit to justify the cost.
