I am wondering what are the best pills/medication used in high amounts that can be lethal? Antidepressants? Antipsychotics? Advil? Antihistamines? Etc etc. Thank you so much.

You need a cocktail of various medications. The ones you mentioned are all safe drugs and they will not cause a lethal overdose. Please don't even try. A mix of Barbiturates, benzos, opioids, and alcohol is a more reasonable option.

Thank you for responding!!! Dang, unfortunately I don't think I have access to those things. Would drinking enough cough syrup and alcohol work?

Thank you for your input! Do you think hanging is a more effective way? I tried it before with a thick rope and the rod in my closet but it couldn't hold the weight when I raised my feet.

I don't think it will work cough syrup, and it will just make things wrost for u, we have a mega hanging thread on the resource topic here give it a look

As a new member, I would suggest you search for existing threads on such questions before asking them. There is a wealth of information already here explaining why most medications are non-fatal in overdose, including those you have listed.

Would also suggest you review the Resource Compilation for methods that are more likely to be successful.

It's interesting that rappers accidentally overdose on Pills such as Lil peep or Juice Wrld and yet it's harder to purposefully CTB on them!

I tried to OD twice in my life off pills and both times ended up in a coma....I will say do research.
