I have access to benzonatate, atorvastatin, lisinopril, and prozac.

the dosages for the meds are:

benzonatate 100mg
atorvastatin 10mg
lisinopril 10mg
prozac 40mg

are there any lethal combinations?

Sadly no. Not a viable method. Drug ODs are very low chance, even with 'riskier' type of meds. The LD50 for all of those is extremely high and even then it is 50%. Not reliable nor a suggested method. Check this thread: Non-methods that should not be attempted
