Venting close friends accepted i'm going to ctb and i don't know how to react

So did I, because I would have only ever trusted this person before - they had never ever given me reason to distrust them.

I had known this person over a decade, we shared a lot together and we both have mental health difficulties. We talked extensively about having a great day together and then me leaving.

I would never ever trust another soul, it's different if you're online and you've never met them and you haven't told them any personal information so they can't call the police on you.

I'm sorry that happened, a lot of people don't even understand what happens with a welfare check and how it can go down. It isn't all sweet and support, it can be a pretty negative experience and worse, land you in hospital where they just feed you pills all day

Sometimes that affection and support to get what they're feeling to someone that understands can actually, I guess some peoples battles are more curable than others, of course there are those who definitely enjoy that attention that comes from it
Make me think, one ''friend'', I spoke to him and was there for him in his dark times and would spend any time he wanted. On the flipside he heard about my accident and actually proceeded to make fun of it, only messaged me again to send me something to further remind me of it. No words, no care

I met someone on SaSu that has become a very dear friend of mine. Due to how we met they are incredibly supportive and understanding of my potential plans to ctb even though they are sad thinking of me dying. I feel similarly about them. But I am so fucking thankful and grateful to have a friend that *gets it.* they are the only person that has ever been "okay" (for lack of a better word) with me ending my suffering. not gonna lie tho, it did take me weeks to process this.
